Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Community-Based Rehabilitation (CBR) Officer based in Chattogram. The CBR Officer will be responsible for planning and implementing community-based rehabilitation programs, conducting needs assessments, and coordinating with local stakeholders. Additional duties include providing training and support to community workers, monitoring and evaluating program outcomes, and preparing reports and documentation.
Qualifications
- Experience in community-based rehabilitation and program implementation
- Strong skills in needs assessment and stakeholder coordination
- Ability to train and support community workers
- Proficiency in monitoring, evaluation, and report preparation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Degree in social work, rehabilitation, or a related field
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus
- Ability to work on-site in Chattogram
