Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Officer - Testing Laboratory, located in Mymensingh. The Junior Officer will be responsible for conducting various laboratory tests, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and maintaining accurate records of test results. Day-to-day tasks include preparing samples, performing quality checks, analyzing data, and collaborating with the production team to address any quality-related issues. The Junior Officer will also participate in regular audits and help in maintaining the overall efficiency of the testing laboratory.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in conducting laboratory tests and laboratory equipment handling
• Skills in data analysis, report generation, and maintaining accurate records
• Ability to perform quality checks and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Relevant educational background, preferably a Bachelor's degree in a science-related field
• Experience in a textile or manufacturing environment is a plus
