Requirements

Education

• Bachelor/Honors, Masters

Experience

• 1 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.)
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

• Age 25 to 40 years

Responsibilities & Context

Receiving Goods

• Inspecting deliveries for damage or discrepancies.
• Unloading trucks.
• Verifying and recording incoming inventory.

Storing Inventory

• Organizing products systematically.
• Labeling items with barcodes or SKU numbers.
• Ensuring items are stored safely and efficiently.

Inventory Management

• Keeping accurate records.
• Performing regular stock counts (cycle counting or full inventory audits).
• Using warehouse management systems (WMS).

Order Fulfillment

• Picking items based on order slips.
• Packing products securely.
• Labeling and preparing shipments.

Shipping

• Coordinating with couriers or transport companies.
• Ensuring correct shipping documentation.
• Tracking outbound shipments.

Safety and Maintenance

• Following health and safety guidelines (e.g., OSHA standards).
• Maintaining a clean and hazard-free work area.
• Reporting or fixing broken equipment.

Equipment Operation (if certified)

• Using forklifts, pallet jacks, or conveyor systems.
• Ensuring equipment is used properly and safely.

Reporting and Documentation

• Filing delivery receipts and shipping logs.
• Reporting shortages, overages, or damaged goods
