Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Deputy Manager at City Group, located in Jaipur Hāt with some work-from-home flexibility. The Deputy Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing teams, ensuring product quality and safety, developing and implementing strategies, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining records. The role also involves reporting to senior management, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in team management, leadership, and supervisory roles
• Knowledge of quality assurance, product safety, and compliance
• Skills in strategic planning, operational management, and policy implementation
• Ability to coordinate with suppliers and manage procurement processes
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in record keeping and performance evaluation
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Experience in the consumer goods industry is a plus
