About the Role

We're looking for a junior–mid
A/B Test & Frontend Developer
who loves blending clean, performant UI with experimentation. You'll build client-side test variants (A/B/n, multivariate), wire up tracking, and ship improvements that measurably lift conversion.

What You'll Do

  • Build experiments:
    Implement A/B test variants using HTML/CSS/JavaScript (and light React when needed) without breaking existing UX or SEO.
  • Instrument & QA:
    Add events via
    GTM/GA4
    or tool-specific SDKs; validate data accuracy, debug flicker/CLS, and test across devices/browsers.
  • Collaborate:
    Work with designers, CRO analysts, and PMs to translate hypotheses into shippable experiments.
  • Maintain quality:
    Follow accessibility (WCAG AA), Core Web Vitals, responsive best practices, and source control hygiene (Git/PRs).
  • Document:
    Write clear notes for each experiment (goal, hypothesis, metrics, rollout/rollback steps, and results snapshots).

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • 1–2 years
    professional frontend experience (agency or product), or strong internship/portfolio equivalent.
  • Solid
    JavaScript (ES6+)
    ,
    HTML5

    CSS3/Tailwind or SCSS
    , DOM manipulation, async patterns, and fetch/XHR.
  • Experience with
    at least one
    experimentation platform:
    Optimizely, VWO, AB Tasty, LaunchDarkly,
    (or similar).
  • Comfortable with
    GTM

    GA4
    events, dataLayer usage, UTM handling, and basic funnel metrics (CR, CTR, AOV, bounce).
  • Version control with
    Git
    ; basic ticketing (Jira/Linear) and code review etiquette.
  • Detail-oriented QA mindset: cross-browser/device testing, layout/pixel checks, and regression awareness.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of
