About the Role

We are seeking a
dynamic, experienced, and student-focused Senior Education Counsellor
who specializes in
UK or Australia Higher Education pathways
. In this role, you will guide students towards life-changing academic opportunities, build strong institutional relationships, and lead recruitment initiatives with professionalism and passion.

As a senior member of our counselling team, you will act as a
mentor, strategist, and key decision-maker
, ensuring students receive the highest level of support from application to visa approval.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert counselling on
    UK or Australia universities, admissions requirements, scholarships, and visa processes
    .
  • Conduct one-on-one sessions to assess student profiles and recommend suitable courses, institutions, and career pathways.
  • Guide students through
    application submissions, SOP writing support, documentation, CAS/COE process
    , and pre-departure preparation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with
    universities, colleges, and partner institutions
    .
  • Act as the primary point of contact for admissions teams, regional managers, and academic representatives.
  • Attend partner training sessions, webinars, workshops, and institutional events.
  • Achieve monthly and yearly admission targets with strategic planning.
  • Support junior counsellors by providing training, quality checking, and sharing best practices.
  • Lead outreach activities such as
    education fairs, seminars, school visits, corporate events, and digital campaigns
    .
  • Ensure all student records are updated and maintained accurately.
  • Follow compliance requirements related to
    GTE (Australia)
    and
    credibility assessment (UK)
    .
  • Prepare weekly performance reports and pipeline updates.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum
    2–4 years' experience
    in counselling for
    UK or Australia
    destinations.
  • Strong understanding of the
    application process, scholarship opportunities, visa rules, and education system
    .
  • Excellent communication in
    English & Bangla
    .
  • Strong sales mindset with target-oriented performance.
  • Ability to guide students with empathy, patience, and confidence.
  • Tech-friendly with experience using CRM systems and digital platforms.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with platforms like
    UCAS, Studylink, ApplyBoard, Adventus
    .
  • Background in international education fairs and student recruitment campaigns.
  • Leadership qualities and ability to mentor junior staff.
