Vittorio Lusso is urgently looking for an
experienced Fashion Designer
for its female clothing brand
"Kashmera."
The role requires strong creative vision combined with commercial understanding and hands-on coordination with sampling and production teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new design concepts based on fashion trends, seasonal demand, and market requirements
- Plan and design ready-to-wear collections suitable for daily and commercial use
- Select appropriate fabrics, colors, prints, embroidery, and accessories and prepare complete design presentations
- Prepare and update sketches, technical drawings, style sheets, and specification sheets (Spec Sheets)
- Coordinate with sample team, pattern masters, and production team to ensure accurate sample development
- Supervise fitting sessions, corrections, and final sample approvals
- Ensure designs are commercially viable and mass-production friendly, considering costing and production constraints
- Maintain compliance with brand guidelines, design standards, and quality policies
- Prepare necessary artwork and technical guidelines for print, embroidery, and washing effects
- Maintain and update all design files, sample records, and seasonal collection documentation
- Conduct regular research on local and international fashion trends, fabrics, and new techniques
- Provide design-related support during production to resolve any issues
- Participate in market visits, trend analysis, and collection review when required
- Perform any other duties assigned by management
