Job Description / Responsibility

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and prepare Cantonese teaching and learning materials.
  • Conduct Cantonese language classes for non-native speakers.
  • Assist students in developing proficiency in listening, speaking, and conversational Cantonese.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Minimum 1-year Diploma or Certificate course in Cantonese Language.

Additional Requirements

  • Proven experience in teaching Cantonese as a foreign language.
  • Practical experience in spoken communication with native Cantonese speakers.
  • Strong listening and speaking skills in Cantonese.
  • Ability to translate between Cantonese, English, and Bengali.
  • Prior work experience with native Cantonese speakers will be considered an advantage.
  • For highly experienced candidates, educational qualifications may be relaxed.
