About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager to support our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager to assist with daily operations, client communication, campaign coordination, and data analysis. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to grow within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies
Support the management of client accounts and communication
Help coordinate promotional campaigns and digital marketing activities
Prepare performance reports, presentations, and market research summaries
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow
Maintain organized documentation and follow-up schedules
Assist with lead generation, outreach, and customer engagement
Monitor social media and respond to basic inquiries as needed
Requirements
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Basic understanding of sales or marketing principles
Familiarity with digital tools (email, spreadsheets, CRM preferred)
Ability to work independently and remotely
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
