You will work closely with experienced engineers and founders, ship frequently, and develop practical skills that compound quickly early in your career.

About the Role

We are seeking an entry-level Full-Stack Software Engineer to help design, build, and maintain production-grade backend services and user-facing applications. You will work across the stack using Python (FastAPI, Django) and JavaScript/TypeScript (React, , React Native), collaborating closely with founders, designers, and senior engineers in a fast-moving, low-bureaucracy environment.

This role is well-suited for someone who learns quickly, takes ownership of problems end-to-end, and is motivated by shipping real features that impact users.

What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and maintain backend APIs and services using FastAPI and Django.
• Build responsive web and mobile interfaces using React, , and React Native.
• Collaborate closely with product and design to translate requirements into shipped features.
• Debug production issues and continuously improve performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Participate in technical discussions and contribute to engineering standards and best practices as the team scales.

Required Qualifications

• Strong fundamentals in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs and client–server architecture.
• Hands-on experience building backend services with FastAPI or Django.
• Experience working with relational databases, including schemas, migrations, and ORM relationships.
• Ability to build React-based user interfaces and integrate them with backend APIs.
• Familiarity with routing and basic server-side or static rendering concepts.
• Comfortable using Git in a collaborative, fast-moving codebase.
• Demonstrated ability to learn independently, read documentation, and take ownership of tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to microservice or modular service architectures.
• Experience using Docker for local development or deployment workflows.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, or deployment processes.
• Experience deploying to or working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Basic understanding of system design concepts such as scalability, caching, and load balancing.
• Understanding of core web and networking concepts, including HTTP.
• Experience with background jobs, queues, or messaging systems (e.g., Redis, Celery).

• Annual Base Compensation: BDT 300,000 – 540,000
