Frontend Developer

Role Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Frontend Engineer to build and maintain high-quality, scalable, and user-centric interfaces for our enterprise software and ERP platforms. You will work closely with product managers, backend engineers, and designers to translate complex business requirements and UI/UX prototypes into performant, accessible, and maintainable frontend implementations. This role requires strong technical depth in React and TypeScript, a solid understanding of backend integration, and a commitment to engineering excellence and test quality

What you will do:

• Frontend Architecture & Development
• Design, develop, and maintain complex, enterprise-grade frontend applications using React and TypeScript
• Leverage modern React concepts including hooks, context, state management, memoization, and performance optimization.
• UI/UX implementation
• Translate UI/UX prototypes from Figma (and other tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision) into pixel-perfect, production-ready screens.
• Collaborate closely with designers to refine interactions, animations, and layout behavior
• Styling and Visual Design
• Implement responsive and accessible layouts using HTML5, CSS3, SASS/SCSS, Tailwind CSS, and modern CSS patterns.
• Ensure consistent styling across browsers and devices.
• Backend Integration and Debugging
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs.
• Debug and troubleshoot API integration issues
• Collaborate with backend engineers to align API contracts and data models.
• Testing and Quality Assurance
• Write and maintain unit tests, UI tests, and integration tests for frontend components.
• Use tools such as
  Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright

Selenium

for automated testing.
- Ensure
high test reliability and near-complete code coverage

, with a strong emphasis on maintainability and correctness.
- CI/CD & Engineering Practices
- Work within CI/CD pipelines to ensure automated builds, tests, and deployments.
- Use Git-based version control and follow best practices for branching, code reviews, and pull requests
- Agile Collaboration
- Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

What you will bring to the role:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 2–8 years of experience building frontend applications for enterprise-level software or SaaS platforms.
• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Deep understanding of TypeScript features including generics, interfaces, utility types, and advanced typing patterns.
• Solid grasp of object-oriented design and frontend architectural patterns.
• Proven experience translating UI/UX designs into production implementations.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, SASS/SCSS, Tailwind CSS.
• Familiarity with backend technologies and/or Java/Spring Boot) sufficient to debug API issues.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and modern development workflows.
• Strong understanding of frontend testing strategies, including unit, integration, and UI automation testing.
• Comfort working in Agile environments with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with designers, product managers, and engineers.

Nice to have:

• UI/UX design experience or strong experience working closely with designers.
• Hands-on experience using
  design tools

such as
Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision

for prototyping or design iteration.
- Experience with
feature flagging systems

(e.g., LaunchDarkly, Unleash).

Compensation:

• Monthly Salary: ~ BDT 50, ,000 (based on skill)

Working hours, weekly holidays, paid leaves, and bonuses:

• Sun - Thursday (9:00 AM  - 6:00 PM)
• 1 hour lunch break
• Overtime wage is 2x regular basic wage
• 10 days casual leave per year with full pay and no carry forward
• 14 days sick leave per year with full pay and no carry forward (with proof of sickness)
• Earn 1 day of extra leave for every 18 days worked, carry forward until 60 days
