Head of Sales & Business Development (Digital Marketing)
Key Points
Head of Sales & Business Development
leads digital marketing growth by driving client acquisition, presenting proposals, onboarding clients, managing accounts, and building scalable, performance-driven processes with strong commission incentives.
Job Description / Responsibility
Client Acquisition & Growth
- Drive acquisition of startups, SMEs, and enterprise digital marketing clients
- Lead discovery calls, proposal presentations, and contract negotiations
- Close recurring monthly retainer-based digital marketing deals
Team Leadership & Performance
- Build, manage, and mentor sales and business development executives
- Set KPIs, quotas, and performance benchmarks and conduct regular reviews
Pipeline, Forecasting & Reporting
- Own CRM, sales pipeline, and revenue forecasting
- Track lead sources, conversion rates, and deal velocity
- Provide weekly and monthly sales performance reports to leadership

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Bachelor of Science (BSc)
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- MBA or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

- Skills Required: Sales & Marketing, Management, Digital Marketing (Social Media Marketing), Hard Working, Team management, Communication in English, Outbound calls, CRM Software, Sales target, Customer Service
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Advertising Agency,Software Company,IT Enabled Service,Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company
Additional Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, with strong focus on
Digital Marketing services - Proven leadership experience managing sales teams and targets
- Deep understanding of SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content Marketing, and Analytics
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and client relationship skills
- Proficient in both Bangla and English
Nice to Have
- Experience with different AI Tools.
- Existing network of business owners, founders, or marketing heads
- Familiarity with CRM tools, sales automation, and analytics dashboards
