Role Overview

Seeking a React Native Developer with 2–4 years of experience who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments and is passionate about creating impactful products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, iterate, and maintain cross-platform mobile apps using React Native for both iOS and Android devices.
  • Work directly with product founders, designers, and backend developers to translate business requirements into engaging mobile experiences.
  • Implement new features and optimize performance based on real user feedback and analytics.
  • Rapidly prototype and test ideas using agile and lean methodologies.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs, work with third-party services, and occasionally dive into native code for performance improvements.
  • Help drive technical decisions and contribute to the overall product strategy.
  • Maintain best code practices, conduct peer reviews, and assist junior team members when needed.
  • Keep up-to-date with emerging tools, trends, and frameworks in the React Native ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' hands-on experience building mobile apps with React Native in a professional setting.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and at least basic TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with state management tools (such as Redux, MobX, or React Query).
  • Comfort working with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party SDKs.
  • Good problem-solving, communication (Bangla & English), and team collaboration skills.
  • Prior startup experience or a strong, entrepreneurial mindset is preferred.
  • Understanding of core mobile development concepts, deployment, and CI/CD basics, and version control (Git).
  • Experience with app store submissions and release processes is a plus.
