Home Care Nurse

Job Description / Responsibility

We are searching for a reliable and compassionate home care nurse to join our team. The home care nurse's responsibilities include performing patients monitoring their conditions and preparing instruments for smooth life.

To be successful as a home care nurse, candidates must possess the mental strength and resilience to care for patients and support to family members.

Home Care Nurse Responsibilities:

• Full time (24 Hours) stay at patients' homes and managing their care plans according to physicians' instructions.
• Administering medication, insulin and completing blood pressure and glucose.
• Inspecting wounds, changing dressings, and handling personal grooming and hygiene.
• Testing for weakness and any signs of infection.
• Listening to the concerns of family members and answering their questions.
• Providing suggestions for improved healthcare to family members of the patient.
• Monitoring patient recovery and compiling reports for the physician.
• Collaborating with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop improved diets and healthcare plans for patients.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor/Honors
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or similar.
• Skills Required: Nurse

Experience Requirements

• Na
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• Medical Equipment

Additional Requirements

• Experience in a similar role.
• Excellent observational and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to follow instructions but also to act independently if necessary.
• Working understanding in Hindi, Urdu and English are added advantage.
