Job Summary:

We are looking for a Quality Controller with strong expertise in woven garments and solid experience in sweaters. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality at every stage—from raw materials to final inspection—while meeting buyer standards and production timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-line and final inspections of woven and sweater garments

  • Monitor production to ensure quality standards are met

  • Identify and report quality issues, recommend corrective actions

  • Ensure compliance with buyer specifications and technical files

  • Coordinate with production and merchandising teams

  • Prepare inspection reports and maintain accurate records

  • Train factory staff on quality standards when needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience in QC, with strong woven expertise

  • Experience in sweater QC is essential

  • Strong knowledge of garment construction and finishing

  • Familiar with AQL inspection standards

  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

  • Good communication and reporting skills
