Infinoz, a fast-growing technology solutions agency specializing in AI-powered software, web, and e-commerce solutions for global clients, is seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our team on a contractual basis. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional with over four years of development expertise to work on innovative projects, including AI-driven CRMs, world-class websites, mobile apps, e-commerce platforms, and social media features, while contributing to the growth of a dynamic tech venture.

Contractual (with scope for extension)

Future Opportunity:
If performance during the contract period is highly satisfactory, Infinoz may offer a partnership with equity ownership.

Duration:
To be finalized during the selection process

Compensation:

Client Meetings: 500–1500 BDT per client meeting (depending on scope and involvement).
Project Success Incentive:
If a meeting leads to onboarding a project, the meeting allowance will be included as part of the project share/payment package.

Location: Remote (flexible)
Frontend (UI/UX): Build modern, responsive websites and mobile apps using , , Tailwind CSS, and Framer Motion.

Backend (Server, APIs): Develop robust systems with FastAPI (Python) or NestJS ), focusing on CRM and e-commerce APIs.

Flutter (Mobile Development): Create seamless, high-performance mobile apps for iOS and Android.

Databases: Optimize PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis for performance and scalability.

AI Integration: Implement Python-based AI features like lead scoring and chatbots using PyTorch or Hugging Face.

DevOps/Cloud: Deploy using Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS/GCP.

Special Features: Integrate WebSockets, GraphQL, and payment gateways such as Stripe.

What We're Looking For:
**Experience: 4+ years in full stack development with strong expertise in , React, Flutter, FastAPI, and/or NestJS.

Portfolio: Demonstrated track record with live projects, APIs, mobile apps, or AI implementations (provide GitHub, case studies, or live links).

Mindset: Professional, collaborative, and driven to deliver high-quality results within deadlines.

Commitment: Ability to meet project milestones and attend mandatory in-house/online meetings for alignment with the team.
