The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Mapping Domestic Textile Value Chain: Spinning, yarn dyeing, knitting/weaving, finishing, finished products– Export & Domestic – technical setup, consumption of RM and yarn production.
  • Map and identify the spinning mills which can be converted to Lyocell & VSF spinning by developing value table V/S other fibre.
  • Develop different applications / prototypes for Lyocell & Viscose Fibre with special focus towards domestic products (e.g. suits/lawn, uniforms, dresses, blouses, scarves, accessories, sweaters, socks etc).
  • Create new and use existing value chain partners (yarn- and fabric makers, etc.), in order to develop and expand the business and connect them to downstream value chain to create fabric collection with a special focus on Domestic products and Modest/Muslim Fashion.
  • Organizing technical seminars, workshops, education and training sessions for value chain partners (specially for dye houses) and Liaison with local technical education institutions and leverage the relationship to develop mutually beneficial ecosystem.
  • Alliance with machine suppliers, dyestuff/chemical, laboratory, to optimize technical support to the customer.
  • Support customers to smoothly run fiber and coordinate with CTS team for complaint resolution, if any.
  • Collect market information related to demand-supply-price of various yarns and fabrics and update on weekly basis.
  • Support marketing team to Stimulate Lyocell & Viscose consumption by using different marketing mediums, advertising, R&D support, Promotion and connecting with retailers/wholesaler's key decision makers and influencers.
  • Support sales team wherever required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 - 8 years prior industry related business development experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented
