Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, train, and integrate AI/ML models into backend systems
  • Craft prompts and fine-tune LLMs for real-world applications
  • Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile platforms
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and product teams to deliver full-stack features
  • Deploy, test, and monitor AI models in production environments
  • Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code
  • Analyze user requirements and contribute to system architecture and workflows
  • Optimize systems for performance, scalability, and reliability
  • Rapidly prototype and iterate on AI-powered features
  • Stay updated on emerging AI tools, frameworks, and global trends

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 1–2 years of software development experience (AI experience preferred)
  • Academic AI project work
    shall also be considered as experience.
  • Strong proficiency in
    Python
    and solid understanding of
    OOP
  • Experience with
    Git
    ,
    JIRA
    , and Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Knowledge of
    LLMs
    , prompt engineering,
    RAG
    ,
    MCP,
    and API integration
  • Experience with
    React
    ,
    FastAPI,
    and
    Django
    is an advantage
  • Good understanding of
    RESTful APIs
    , JavaScript, and TypeScript build tools
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to collaborate in a team environment
  • Eagerness to learn and explore emerging technologies
