Position Overview
We are seeking a Sales Data Analyst to join our Sales Data Team in Bangladesh. The role focuses on collecting, analyzing, and interpreting business data to support decision-making and enhance operational performance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with data analysis, business intelligence tools, and reporting automation, combined with strong analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Collect, clean, and analyze business and sales data to support strategic and operational decision-making
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel
  • Identify key performance trends, anomalies, and patterns to inform business strategy and improve efficiency

Collaboration & Insight Generation

  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Risk Management, to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights
  • Assist in preparing periodic performance reports and KPI dashboards for management
  • Translate complex data findings into clear, concise visual reports and business recommendations

Documentation & Process Improvement

  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of data sources, report logic, and analytical methodologies
  • Support data automation initiatives and contribute to continuous process improvements
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all reporting systems

Required Skill Set

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, and at least one BI tool (Power BI / Tableau / Google DataStudio)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Basic understanding of data modeling and database management concepts
  • Ability to translate data into clear visual insights
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy
  • Basic knowledge of Python/R (optional but preferred)

Years of Experience & Education

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence
  • MIS/CSE graduates with a business minor are preferred
  • Fresh graduates with strong analytical aptitude are also encouraged to apply
