Job Context:
RM Automobiles is seeking motivated and dynamic Sales Executives to expand our sales force across key regions in Bangladesh. We are well-regarded lubricants importer, manufacturing, trading company in the industry with over 2 decades of experience. We primarily operate in the lubricants industry, and
priority will be given to candidates with prior experience in lubricant sales
. However, individuals with
experience in consumer goods
such as plastic products, tobacco, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, or personal care are also
encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
- Visit retail shops, service centers, mechanics, dealers, and end users to promote and sell products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Execute marketing and promotional activities as per company strategy.
- Ensure timely and healthy collection of payments from clients.
- Consistently work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and submit daily visit and activity reports.
- Cooperate with team members and report to assigned supervisors.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the management in support of marketing and sales operations.
