Job Description / Responsibility

  • Design, develop, maintain, and optimize scalable Python-based applications and services
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define and deliver new features
  • Ensure application performance, quality, security, and responsiveness
  • Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices
  • Participate in peer code reviews and technical discussions
  • Work with DevOps teams on deployment, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines using Docker
  • Debug, test, and improve existing systems and APIs

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA)
  • Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) in Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline (preferred)
  • Skills Required: PostgreSQL, Software architecture, AWS, Elasticsearch, , , Python Django, React | NodeJS | mongoDB | mongoose | JavaScript | Github | Git, Docker and container

Additional Requirements

  • 2 years + of professional, post-graduation Python development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks such as Django or Flask.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker for containerization and deployment.
  • Solid understanding of scalable software architecture and engineering best practices.
  • Familiarity with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar databases.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and debugging skills.
  • Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • PostgreSQL / SQLAlchemy – For handling structured data alongside MongoDB.
  • Celery + Redis – For background tasks and async jobs.
  • Elasticsearch – Alternative search engines/vector databases.
  • Frontend Basics (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) – Helpful for full-stack work or debugging UI integration.
  • or – If you're also building modern frontend applications.
  • Unit Testing (pytest, unittest) – For writing reliable, maintainable code.
  • CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.) – Automating testing and deployment.
