Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Officer (Doctor) based in Monipur, gazipur, Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Medical Officer will be responsible for providing general and specialized medical care to employees. Key responsibilities include diagnosing and treating illnesses, performing minor surgeries, offering routine health checkups, and providing first aid assistance when needed. The Medical Officer will also be responsible for educating staff on preventive health measures and working closely with other physicians to ensure the highest standard of care within the organization.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge and expertise in Medicine and Patient Care
- Proficiency in performing Surgery and handling medical emergencies
- Ability to train and educate employees on health and wellness practices
- Experience collaborating with other Physicians and medical professionals
- Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with valid certification and licensing
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in corporate healthcare or occupational health services is a plus
