ASMI Super shop Recruit Moderator(Desk job)

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to messages from the Facebook Page, Website, and SMS in a timely manner
  • Receive customer orders and accurately record all order-related information
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally
  • Provide customers with detailed product information, including price, features, and usage instructions
  • Confirm orders and conduct regular follow-ups
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain effective communication
  • Submit reports to the Team Lead or Management as required
  • Experience in using Facebook Page, Messenger, and Website platforms
  • Proficiency in computer and internet usage
  • Fast and accurate typing skills in both Bangla and English
  • Ability to communicate clearly and politely
  • Patient, responsible, and customer-friendly attitude

  • Prior experience in e-commerce, online sales, moderator roles, customer support, or call center work will be given priority

  • Preferred degrees are HSC.

  • At least 2 years of experience is needed.

Location: 45 Probal Tower, Ring Road, Adabor. Dhaka-1207

Salary : 16000TK
