Role Description

The VOA will be responsible for managing the vendor onboarding process, which includes verifying vendor information, collecting required documentation, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with vendors to ensure a seamless setup process. The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, as well as the ability to provide timely support to vendors and internal teams while ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.

Job Responsibilities:

1) Approach shop owners, retailers, and vendors to introduce EZYON.

2) Explain EZYON's benefits

3) Help vendors complete the onboarding process on our website.

4) Maintain communication with vendors to ensure a smooth start.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with vendors and internal stakeholders
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Knowledge of compliance protocols, data verification, and documentation management
• Proficiency in using database and CRM software, as well as MS Office tools
• Problem-solving abilities and the capability to address onboarding challenges effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or other related fields
• Prior experience in vendor management or onboarding is a plus, but not mandatory
• No prior experience required (training will be provided).
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to work independently.
