Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager / Senior Manager - Accounts located in Chattogram. The individual will oversee financial operations, such as preparing financial statements, monitoring budgets, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, liaising with external auditors, developing financial strategies, and preparing financial reports. The role also involves guiding and supervising team members to ensure efficient accounting practices and the achievement of the organization's financial goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Accounting Principles, Financial Reporting, and Budget Management
  • Expertise in Financial Analysis, Taxation Compliance, and Auditing Procedures
  • Proficient in ERP software, Advanced Excel, and other relevant financial tools
  • Ability to lead and manage teams while ensuring efficient workflow and compliance
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certifications such as CA, ACCA, or equivalent are preferred
  • Prior experience in a managerial or senior accountant role is highly advantageous
