Role Description

We are currently hiring
Management Trainee Officer (MTO)
in the Quality Control & Quality Assurance (QCQA) department. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day QC & QA operations and ensuring product quality across all stages of production.

This is a full-time, on-site role in Munshiganj (Dhaka Division) with immediate joining.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and monitor daily quality control processes in production
• Conduct inspections, sampling, and lab testing of raw materials and finished products
• Assist in implementing quality assurance protocols and maintaining documentation
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with production and R\&D teams to address quality issues
• Participate in internal audits and support external certification processes (e.g. BSTI, ISO, HACCP)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and documentation abilities
• Basic understanding of quality control and assurance practices
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and ISO standards will be considered an advantage
• Freshers are encouraged to apply
• Must be willing to work on-site in Munshiganj
