Job Description / Responsibility

We are a
Knit Composite Textile Factory
seeking a dynamic and experienced
Deputy Manager - Knitting Marketing & Planning
for the
Marketing & Planning of Fabric Knitting
.

Job location will be
Zamgora, Ashulia, Savar
.

  • Developing and executing marketing strategies to generate sales leads, secure orders for Fabric Knitting, and ensure efficient order processing.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers, understanding their needs, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Program and Yarn collection to feed machines.
  • Follow-up with assigned Buyers.
  • Order Loading / Knitting Production follow-up, both in-house and subcontract.
  • Regular payment collection like cash/cheque, LC Document Submission, LC Acceptance, and Bank Clearance.
  • Order closing of all subcontract programs and production follow-up.
  • Handling complaints regarding customer Quality.
  • Rate approval from the HOD time-to-time.
  • Tracking sales performance, preparing reports, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Any other assignment as assigned by management.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
  • Skills Required: Marketing, Knitting, Fabric Knitting

Experience Requirements

  • At least 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Textile,Group of Companies

Additional Requirements

  • Proven experience in Knitting Marketing.
  • Communication skills in both English and Bengali in verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
  • Be able to cope with pressure, flexible and adaptable.
  • Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and proactive.
  • Well conversant with IT equipment.
