Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Dhaka, Bangladesh for a
Sales & Marketing Manager – Odoo ERP
. The candidate will be responsible for driving ERP sales growth, managing corporate clients, developing marketing strategies, and strengthening Xsellence Bangladesh Ltd.'s market leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum
    3 to 5 years
    of experience in ERP / Software / IT solution sales and marketing.
  • Prior experience in Odoo ERP, ERP, CRM, SaaS, or enterprise software sales is highly preferred.
  • Experience in a Software Company / IT Enabled Service / ERP Solution Provider environment.

  • Strong understanding of ERP business processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
  • Strong leadership, planning, and team management skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects efficiently.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and digital marketing strategies is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for Odoo ERP solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
  • Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and solution demonstrations.
  • Analyze client business requirements and propose suitable Odoo ERP solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, commercial offers, and contract documents.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients.
  • Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
  • Represent the company in corporate events, seminars, and exhibitions.
  • Perform any task assigned by management related to business development.
