Responsibilities & Context

Drive sales growth for the fashion category across assigned outlets.
Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and take action to improve performance.
Identify fast- and slow-moving items and optimize stock levels accordingly.
Ensure attractive, seasonal, and trend-aligned merchandising in all assigned stores.
Maintain display standards to increase visibility and enhance customer engagement.
Ensure adequate stock availability on shelves and avoid out-of-stock issues.
Ensure all products have correct price tags and barcode labels.
Display promotional materials (offers, discounts, tags) clearly and timely.
Coordinate with the marketing or pricing team for updates and implementation.
Visit assigned outlets regularly to ensure category execution standards are met.
Train and guide store staff on fashion product knowledge and customer interaction.
Collect customer feedback and report issues to the relevant department.
Monitor stock levels, report discrepancies, and assist in inventory checks.
Ensure damaged or defective products are returned or replaced promptly.
