We are seeking a 
Marketing and Communications Specialist
 who will lead our digital marketing efforts, managing campaigns across social media, email, and web channels to grow our brand visibility. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content, monitor marketing performance, and engage with our audience in the rapidly evolving world of AI/ML.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Stay updated on AI/ML industry trends and marketing best practices to keep our strategies fresh and competitive.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging, high-quality content that aligns with our brands messaging and goals.
• Coordinate content scheduling and distribution across platforms, tailoring it to specific audiences while maintaining consistency with Quantigo AIs voice.
• Design, implement, and manage email marketing campaigns using tools like HubSpot, MailerLite, or similar, optimizing performance to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Manage social media channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and X (Twitter), regularly posting content, engaging with the community, and fostering discussions on AI and machine learning.
• Track and analyze performance metrics from digital marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Support internal and external communication efforts, such as drafting newsletters, press releases, and company announcements.

Who You Are:

Were looking for someone with a strong marketing foundation who can bring creative energy and data-driven strategies to help us grow. Ideally, you'll have:

• Education:
  Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Media & Communication, or a related field.
• Experience:
   2-4 years proven experience as a Marketing Coordinator, Communications Specialist, or in a similar role.
• Communication Skills:
   Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
• Industry Knowledge:
   Strong knowledge of AI/ML industry trends and developments.
• Digital Marketing Tools:
   Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools like HubSpot, MailerLite, or similar platforms for campaign creation and optimization.
• Social Media Expertise:
   Proficiency in managing social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and X (Twitter), with experience in content creation.
• Organizational Skills:
   Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Project Management Tools:
   Familiarity with project management tools like Trello, ClickUp, or Notion.
• Data-Driven Mindset:
   Experience with analytics and reporting, and the ability to interpret data to make actionable improvements.
