Factory In-Charge (Leather Factory)

Job Description / Responsibility

• Supervise and manage daily factory operations
• Oversee leather processing, production, and finishing activities
• Ensure product quality and maintain production standards
• Allocate duties and manage workers and supervisors
• Ensure production targets are met on time
• Monitor proper use of machinery and raw materials
• Maintain factory safety, discipline, and housekeeping
• Prepare and submit regular reports to management

Educational Requirements

• Diploma
• Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

• 3 to 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• Tannery/Footwear

Additional Requirements

• Leather Technology preferred
• Strong knowledge of leather production processes
• Leadership and team management skills
• Ability to solve problems efficiently
• Capable of working under pressure
