Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fragrance Blender located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Fragrance Blender will be responsible for creating and developing new fragrance formulations, blending and testing fragrance components, and ensuring the quality and consistency of fragrances. The role also involves researching fragrance trends, maintaining detailed records of formulations, and collaborating with the product development team to create innovative and appealing fragrances.
Qualifications
- Experience in creating and developing new fragrance formulations
- Skilled in blending and testing fragrance components
- Strong research skills to stay updated with fragrance trends
- Ability to maintain detailed records of formulations
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen sense of smell
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Experience in the fragrance or cosmetics industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Perfumery, or related field
