Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Polar Ecologist located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Polar Ecologist will be responsible for conducting field work in polar environments, studying wildlife, and performing botany-related tasks. Additionally, the Polar Ecologist will conduct environmental impact assessments and prepare detailed report writing documenting their findings.
Qualifications
- Experience in field work and studying wildlife
- Knowledge in botany and environmental impact assessments
- Strong report writing skills
- Ability to work independently in challenging polar environments
- Excellent analytical and observational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Ecology, Environmental Science, or a related field
- Previous experience in polar ecosystems is an advantage
