The Opportunity

We're scaling rapidly and need a
creative, data-driven Digital Marketing Executive
who wants to make real impact—not just run ads. This isn't a typical "post on Facebook" role. You'll be:

• Building marketing strategies that reach
  thousands of SME business owners
• Creating campaigns that directly drive
  seller acquisition and revenue growth
• Working cross-functionally with product, sales, and advisory teams
• Shaping how Bangladesh's MSMEs discover and adopt digital solutions

What You'll Do

Strategic Campaign Management (40%)

• Plan and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across
  Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google
• Develop targeted campaigns for different SME segments: manufacturers, exporters, wholesalers, traders
• A/B test messaging, creatives, and audiences to optimize
  cost-per-acquisition (CPA)
• Own monthly campaign planning, budget allocation, and performance forecasting

Performance Marketing (30%)

• Manage and optimize
  paid advertising campaigns
  (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
• Drive
  seller acquisition
  through performance marketing funnels
• Analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Monitor key metrics: CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rates, and ROAS
• Prepare weekly performance dashboards and monthly strategic reports

Content Creation & Social Media (20%)

• Create engaging content for
  social media, email, website, and blogs
• Manage BIZTRADE's social media presence: scheduling, community engagement, responding to inquiries
• Develop content calendars aligned with business goals and product launches
• Collaborate with design team (or create visuals yourself) using
  Canva, Figma, or similar tools
• Write compelling copy in both
  English and Bangla
  that resonates with SME audiences

Growth Initiatives (10%)

• Support
  SEO strategy
  to improve organic search rankings
• Execute email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and customer retention
• Coordinate with sales team on
  bank partnership marketing and co-branded campaigns
• Research competitor strategies and identify new growth opportunities
• Test emerging platforms and channels (TikTok, YouTube, WhatsApp marketing, etc.)

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves:

• Bachelor's degree
  in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 1-3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
  (agency, startup, or in-house)
• Proven track record
  managing Facebook Ads and Google Ads with measurable results
• Technical Skills
  : Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Canva
• Data literacy
  : Comfortable analyzing campaign data and creating performance reports
• Excellent writing skills
  in both English and Bangla
• Creative eye
  for visuals, design, and storytelling

Nice-to-Haves (Bonus Points):

• Startup or agency experience
  (you thrive in fast-paced environments)
• Video content creation
  skills (editing, scripting, filming)
• SEO/SEM knowledge
  and experience with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs
• Email marketing
  experience (MailChimp, SendGrid, HubSpot)
• B2B marketing experience
  (understanding business buyer journeys)
