Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager at Nexus Fashion Hub located in Dhaka. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, set strategic objectives, and ensure smooth collaboration across teams. The role involves managing production processes, implementing efficient work systems, ensuring compliance with quality and sustainability standards, and managing budgets. The General Manager will also lead and motivate staff, build partnerships with brand clients, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive business growth, innovation, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership skills, team management, and strategic planning
  • Experience in apparel manufacturing, production management, and quality assurance in the textile industry
  • Strong financial acumen, budgeting, and cost management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities
  • Commitment to sustainability, ethical practices, and innovation in textiles
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field; MBA is a plus
  • Proficiency in project management and operational efficiency techniques
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site leadership role in Dhaka
