Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mohammadpur Thana for a Speech Therapist. The Speech Therapist will assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in children. Responsibilities include developing individualized therapy plans, conducting one-on-one and group therapy sessions, collaborating with families to provide guidance on at-home activities, and maintaining detailed progress records. Additionally, the Speech Therapist will work closely with educators and other professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to maximizing the child's development.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Speech Therapy techniques, including assessment, diagnosis, and intervention planning
  • Experience providing therapy for children with developmental and behavioral challenges such as autism, ADHD, and speech delays
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to design engaging, child-friendly therapy exercises and activities
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
  • Certification or licensure in Speech Therapy (if applicable)
  • Empathy, patience, and dedication to supporting children's progress
  • Familiarity with evidence-based therapy approaches and tools
