Crystal Preserver

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Crystal Preserver, located in Char Fasson Upazila. The Crystal Preserver will be responsible for preserving, maintaining, and ensuring the quality of crystal components used in MG vehicles. Daily tasks include inspecting crystals, conducting quality tests, implementing preservation techniques, documenting procedures, and collaborating with the sales and service teams to address customer requirements and feedback.

Qualifications

• Experience in preserving and maintaining crystal components
• Proficiency in quality tests and inspection methods
• Attention to detail, documentation, and process implementation skills
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude
• Educational background in Material Science, Chemistry, or related fields preferred
• Understanding of automotive components and industry standards is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Char Fasson Upazila
