𝐉𝐨𝐢𝐧 𝐔𝐬

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲: ARK Foundation is looking for a dynamic and motivated Research Uptake and Communication Officer to lead and implement communication strategies that effectively disseminate the organization's research findings. The role requires strong skills in social media management, content creation, stakeholder engagement, and digital communication to enhance the visibility and impact of ARK Foundation's work.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Manage and update ARK Foundation's website and social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, X)
• Draft blogs, op-eds, briefs, and other written content to highlight research findings
• Track and analyze engagement metrics to refine communication strategies
• Maintain and update project documents, forms, and communication materials
• Develop and implement a Research Uptake (RU) strategy
• Liaise with research teams and translate technical findings into accessible content
• Build relationships with media outlets to secure coverage
• Facilitate communication with donors, partners, policymakers, and stakeholders
• Organize outreach events, workshops, and webinars
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
• Bachelor's/Master's in Journalism, Social Sciences, Communications or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in communications or research uptake (non-profit/research preferred)
• Strong writing and editing skills in Bengali & English
• Proficiency in social media management and digital communication tools
