We're hiring a 𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭 who can bridge 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. This role focuses on performance marketing, email campaigns, marketing operations, and coordinating SEO to drive real pipeline and revenue impact.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

Plan and execute ICP-focused 𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐥 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐬 to generate qualified meetings and deals

Own 𝐢𝐧𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐞𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (SEO coordination, content publishing, conversion paths)

Work closely with Content Writers & SEO Specialists to ensure content drives 𝐩𝐢𝐩𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞, 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜

Manage 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 (CRM hygiene, automation, lifecycle stages, reporting)

Track and optimize funnel performance (Lead → MQL → SQL → Deal)

Plan & manage 𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐝 𝐜𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐬 (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) to accelerate pipeline growth

Collaborate with Sales & Leadership to align campaigns with revenue goals

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience

Proven experience in:

• Email marketing & automation

• SEO fundamentals (coordination-focused)

• Paid ads (at least one major platform)

Strong analytical mindset (funnels, CAC, ROI, conversions)

Comfortable with HubSpot, GA4, Meta Ads, Google Ads

𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐑𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 : BDT 55,000 – 70,000 / month (Depending on experience )
