Education

  • Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineer.

Experience
  • 2 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Plastic/ Polymer Industry
Responsibilities & Context

  • Manpower handling, monitoring, plan execution shift wise.

  • Mold loading-unloading as per Schedule (Blow/Injection molding machine).

  • Machine parameter setting & quality full products produces.

  • To solve the trouble shooting of Blow & Injection molding machine.

  • Mold related works.

  • Air compressor, chiller, cooling tower, hydraulic & pneumatic related works.

  • Products calculation as per shift wise.

  • Raw - materials calculation as per recipe.

  • Checking the fire protection equipment's to ensure it is effective when needed.

  • Coordinate with production & QC team to complete the machine's adjustment related task.

  • Any others job as per management decision.
