Role Overview:
Sales Outreach Executive will drive client acquisition by leveraging LinkedIn strategically, engaging with prospects, commenting thoughtfully, building genuine connections, then following up with personalized outreach via LinkedIn messaging and email. You'll also manage the inbox, support the sales team, and continuously sharpen your skills using industry-leading sales tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with target prospects on LinkedIn by thoughtfully interacting with their content to establish rapport prior to outreach.
- Initiate and manage personalized connection requests and messages tailored to each prospect's profile and business needs
- Conduct timely and professional follow-ups to nurture leads and progress them through the sales pipeline.
- Manage the sales inbox with diligence, ensuring all correspondence is addressed promptly and accurately
- Utilize industry-leading tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Email Bison, Instantly, Smartlead, and CRMs to optimize outreach activities
- Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to continually enhance the development process.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Highly proficient in written English with outstanding grammar and language accuracy.
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and committed to continuous learning
- Flexible to work in hybrid schedules with occasional night shifts
- 1-2 years of experience in LinkedIn outreach or sales is preferred
- Strong ability to establish genuine professional connections through strategic LinkedIn engagement
- Competence in conducting follow-ups and lead nurturing through personalized LinkedIn and email communication
- Proven ability to maintain an organized and backlog-free email inbox
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Email Bison, Instantly, Smartlead, and CRM platforms will be considered an advantage
