Executive, Sustainability

Job Description / Responsibility

Job Summary:

The Executive, Sustainability supports ESG compliance and sustainability initiatives by managing environmental KPIs, maintaining ISO 14001 and Higg FEM systems, and ensuring buyer and brand compliance. The role also oversees ESG reporting platforms, supports audits and certifications, and works with cross-functional teams to improve sustainability performance and transparency.

  • Ensure PUMA EKPI, PRIMARK onboarding, Decathlon HRP compliance, and drive higher vendor scorecards.
  • Implement environmental KPIs related to energy, water, waste, air emissions, and chemical compliance.
  • Maintain ISO 14001, Higg FEM, and chemical management systems across operations.
  • Drive ESG digitization and reporting through SATTVA to ensure transparency and performance.
  • Coordinate teams and stakeholders to support audits, certifications, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain ESG portals and platforms, including Resource Advisor, Higg FEM, BEPI, SATTVA, Sphera, RBH, CLP, and RR.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Environmental Science
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
  • Training on HIGG FEM, ZDHC, ISO 14001
  • Skills Required: HIGG

Experience Requirements

  • 2 to 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments,Textile

Additional Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in sustainability/ buyers Environmental compliance
  • Hands on experience in ISO 14001, HIGG FEM & environmental management (Energy, Water, Waste, air, chemicals)
  • Skilled in ESG digitization (SATTIVA), reporting, audit/ certification coordination.
