Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Technical Manager located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The role involves leading and managing quality assurance processes to ensure product and service excellence. Responsibilities include developing and implementing QA strategies, overseeing testing activities, analyzing technical issues, and collaborating with the development team to maintain quality standards. The Quality Assurance Technical Manager will also manage a team of QA professionals, provide mentorship, and ensure adherence to quality and compliance regulations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Quality Assurance and Testing processes, including manual and automated testing
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience with QA methodologies, frameworks, and tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of industry compliance and quality standards
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in a related technical field
  • Previous experience in a leadership or managerial QA role
  • Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Dhaka, Bangladesh
