International Mobile Services Coordinator

This role involves coordinating the implementation of international roaming agreements and ensuring seamless execution of roaming services.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of mobile roaming and possess excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders across different countries and cultures.

We are seeking an experienced professional who can drive testing and launches according to the roaming roll-out plan, troubleshoot issues, and escalate as needed. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation and status in our Roaming Management Tool.

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate International Roaming Agreements (IRAs)
• Coordinate testing and launches
• Troubleshoot and escalate issues
• Maintain accurate documentation and status

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 5-6 years of experience in mobile roaming
• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of the roaming roll-out process
• Able to communicate effectively using English language (read, write, talk)
