Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PST)


Position Overview:

We are seeking an organized and proactive HubSpot CRM Administrator to support our marketing and sales operations. This role involves managing our HubSpot CRM, ensuring data accuracy, and optimizing workflows to align with our strategic goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • HubSpot Management: Oversee and manage the HubSpot CRM, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and cleanliness.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Generate detailed CRM reports and dashboards to provide insight into customer engagement, sales performance, and campaign success.
  • Sales & Marketing Alignment: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support campaign workflows, ensure lead follow-up, and optimize nurturing sequences.
  • Workflow & Automation Management: Design and implement CRM workflows, automation sequences, and marketing funnels to enhance lead capture and customer journeys.
  • Training & Support: Provide user training and ongoing support for internal teams to maximize HubSpot's utilization across departments.
  • Integration Management: Coordinate CRM integrations with other software platforms to support seamless data flow across business systems.
