  As a seasoned solution architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering cutting-edge solutions that cater to the evolving needs of our clients. You will collaborate closely with clients, product managers, and delivery managers to ensure seamless alignment between client requirements and solution design.

  Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with clients to understand their needs and advising on appropriate solution architectures;
  • Collaborating with product managers to ensure alignment between client needs and solution design;
  • Working closely with delivery managers to oversee the architecture approach during solution deployment;
  • Exploring creative alternatives to identify the most effective solutions;
  • Ensuring designed solutions meet client expectations and company standards;
  • Assisting in identifying, specifying, and selecting off-the-shelf components to meet client needs;
  • Providing ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the implementation process;
  • Maintaining awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • At least 6 years of professional experience in solution architecture design and delivery roles, with exposure to multiple lines of business;
  • Experience in delivering cloud-based technology product solutions in an enterprise environment;
  • Ability to assist in defining and socializing a product/enterprise roadmap;
  • Ability to translate client requirements into actionable steps and solution architectures;
  • Understanding of business architecture models & patterns;
  • Capacity to design and implement innovative solutions to business problems;
  • Excellent analytical skills, strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal & communication skills;
  • Excellent decision-making and judgment skills;
  • Understanding of insurance business processes across all areas and at least two lines of business;
  • Certification in one architecture discipline (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.) is a distinct advantage;
  • High proficiency in working in English as your primary language.
