Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Python developer to join our team in Dhaka. You will design, develop, and optimize high-quality backend services, APIs, and data processing pipelines for complex web and enterprise applications.

This role involves designing robust database schemas and optimizing queries. You will also write clean, modular, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.

You will collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions. Additionally, you will integrate third-party services and external APIs as needed.

You will be responsible for implementing unit, integration, and E2E tests. Participating in code reviews and mentoring junior team members is also a key aspect of this role.

You will troubleshoot and resolve bugs and production issues promptly. Furthermore, you will contribute to system architecture and technical decisions.

This is a mid/senior level position, requiring 2+ years or 5+ years of professional experience in Python development respectively.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Mid-Level: 2+ years of professional experience in Python development.
  • Senior Level: 5+ years of professional experience in Python development.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more Python web frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI).
  • Proficient in database design and management (SQL/NoSQL).
  • Solid understanding of RESTful API development and integration.
  • Familiarity with Git, Docker, CI/CD, and agile development practices.
  • Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, onsite team environment.
