Brand Manager - Premium Portfolio

This is a highly challenging role that requires expertise in consumer behavior, digital marketing, and strategic brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brief the Business Intelligence team for research and customer communications testing. Draw insights from research data and survey results to recommend impactful content/activity/campaigns.
  • Develop the Lumiere portfolio from scratch, generating a database of Lumiere profiles. Work with cross-functional teams to design a differentiated Lumiere customer journey.
  • Establish the Lumiere platform, engage social elites, and create opportunities for direct interaction between the brand and this cohort. Manage regular relationships and liaison via email, personal messages, or calls.
  • Propose digital, print, and BTL activities and events to engage Lumiere. Design ATL, digital, and outdoor communication languages aligning with overall brand strategy and ensure accurate execution.
  • On-board agencies and brief them for Lumiere events.
  • Forecast budgets and place requirements for the portfolio.
  • Streamline all B2B communication internally using approved templates. Provide design support to B2B for customer-facing communication, aligning with overall brand strategy: facia design, billboards, signage, event design, digital posts, and propose/executing brand campaigns fitting overall focus areas and strategic positioning.
  • Contribute to GPStar communication and activation strategy aligned with overall brand Strategy.

Educational & Professional Qualifications:

  • An undergraduate degree in Business specializing in Marketing Analytics/Marketing Communication/Consumer Behavior/Consumer Life-cycle/Business Strategy/Brand Strategy.
  • Candidates should have 4-6 years of experience in brand management within the telecom, FMCG, or tech-driven industries.

  • Proven ability to shape brand perception and lead high-impact campaigns.
  • Experience in launching and managing products through customer-centric marketing initiatives.
  • Proficient in social media strategy and programmatic advertising.
  • Skilled in analyzing business metrics to refine marketing strategies.
  • Expertise in leveraging market trends to optimize brand engagement.
