Job Responsibility :

• Supervision of Construction of building & finishing work in the apartment building and adequate skill for preparation of work schedule, checking of measurement books etc .
• Communicate related Govt./Private agencies & daily appointments fix up.
• Architectural Working Drawing, Authority (RAJUK) Drawing, Site Supervision
• Design to provide innovative and aesthetically pleasing environments as well as ensuring that the natural environment are appropriate, sensitive and sustainable.
• Surveying sites, discussing requirements with management; creating plans, designs and drawings; preparing reports
• Attend phone call clients or related head.
• Time to time follow up materials requisition, materials receiving, materials QC & checking bills.
• Update daily project work activity.
• Vast knowledge of present construction/interior materials source and price.
• Fulfilling project information by proper feedback from concern department.
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force.
• Supervise assistant service engineer, project management & service support.
• Customer handling in our register maintain & others.

Job Requirements :
-•Experience in Real Estate (minimum 1) years must.

• Must be stay in project.
• First month half salary.
• Original educational certificate submitted.
• Must be able to work minimum 2 years.
