Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately entering customer orders into our system via Pathao.
  • Ensuring all orders are processed efficiently to meet customer satisfaction.
  • Handling customer calls to confirm orders and resolve any queries with professionalism.
  • Maintaining and updating customer and order data with utmost accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in Bengali and conversational English.
  • Strong computer literacy and typing skills.
  • Experience with data entry tasks and familiarity with ecommerce platforms is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Work Hours:

  • 9 AM to 9 PM, 6 days a week (Weekly day off: [Specify Day])

Salary:

  • BDT 12,000 to 15,000 monthly, based on experience and skills.
